✅ General Rules

• Occupancy Limit / House Use: The house is limited to 5 people overnight, including any Guest’s visitors.  Additional overnight guests not included in the booking reservation are not allowed unless pre-authorized by the Host. No unauthorized parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity on the property.
• No smoking in or around the property; if cigarette ashes are left anywhere on the property you agree to pay a $100 clean-up fee.
• Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like running the dishwasher and taking out the kitchen trash are appreciated from our guests. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please notify us any broken items so we can replace for the next guest (we get that these things happen).
• Liability Disclaimer:
  The owner and host of Brentwood Guest House LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred by guests or their invitees while on the premises or using any of its facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Guests accept full responsibility for their safety and the safety of their guests during their stay.
• Damage Policy:
  Guests are responsible for any excessive damage to furniture, fixtures, or other property associated with Brentwood Guest House. The guest agrees to pay for repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage.
