🕒 Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM

I try to make arrival and departure as smooth as possible. When available, I’m happy to offer early check-in or late check-out with advance notice.

  • Complimentary: Up to 1 hour early check-in or late check-out when possible
  • Extended time: More than 1 hour is available for a $45 add-on fee

If you have special timing needs, just reach out in advance — I’ll do my best to accommodate!

✅ General Rules

  • The house is limited to 5 people overnight, including any Guest’s visitors.
  • Unauthorized parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity on the property
  • No smoking in or around the property; if cigarette ashes are left anywhere on the property you agree to pay a $100 clean-up fee
  • Additional guests (not included in the booking reservation) and pets are not allowed on the premises unless pre-authorized by the Host. Guests are responsible for paying for any physical losses, stolen items, or damages caused by the Guest, their pets, or anyone the Guest allows to enter the property

↪️ Before You Go

Each property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected after check-out to ensure it’s perfect for the next guest. To help make the turnover smooth for our cleaning team, we kindly ask that you:

  • Run the dishwasher with any used dishes
  • Take out the kitchen trash (to tan garbage bin located on the driveway)
  • Leave furniture in its original place — please don’t rearrange
  • Let us know if anything breaks — we totally understand that accidents happen, and a heads-up helps us replace items quickly for the next guest

🐶 Bringing Your Pup? A Few Friendly Reminders

We love welcoming well-behaved dogs! To help keep the space comfortable and clean for everyone, please keep the following in mind:

  • 🐾 Scoop the poop:
    Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste bags in the tan trash bin located on the driveway.
  • 🐾 Mind the nails:
    To help preserve the wood floors, make sure your pup’s nails are trimmed before your stay.
  • 🐾 Furniture protection:
    If your dog likes to hang out on the furniture (totally understandable!), please use the doggie covers provided for the leather sofa and chair. You’ll find them in the cupboard above the refrigerator.
  • 🐾 Bowls provided:
    Stainless steel food and water bowls are also available in the same cupboard for your convenience.
  • 🐾 Snuggles are welcome — with a blanket:
    If your pup sleeps with you — no judgment, mine does too! Just please avoid having them directly on the bed quilts or comforters. Feel free to use a throw blanket instead.
  • 🐾 Help Keep It Pet-Friendly:
    Please clean up any pet accidents or spills from food and water bowls. If your pup sheds quite a bit, a quick pass with the vacuum would be greatly appreciated — it helps avoid extra cleaning fees and allows me to keep the pet fee low for everyone.
