The guest house is a newly renovated 875 sq. ft, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat located in one of Austin’s most sought-after north-central neighborhoods, the Brentwood neighborhood.
Enjoy the peaceful and safe midcentury vibe, walkable streets, nearby Brentwood park with a walking trail and playground, and a 50s-era strip mall featuring the beloved Little Deli, and quaint grocery store and mosaic “wall of welcome”.
Perfectly situated near the Burnet Road dining and shopping district, it’s about a 20-minute drive to downtown Austin and a 10-minute drive to the University of Texas.

Hi! I’m Kris — the owner and host of Brentwood Guest House ATX. I live in the front house on the property and have called Austin home for the past 18 years. When I first bought my house over a decade ago, I never imagined I’d become an Airbnb host — but I’ve discovered a passion for it. I genuinely enjoy welcoming guests from all over and sharing the best of Austin with them.

Meet Gertie! She’s my sweet and spirited rescue pup — mostly boxer, with all the playfulness, athleticism, and goofy charm that comes with it. Gertie loves meeting new people and is always excited to greet our guests with a wag and a smile.
